Vic Priapi, the owner of Priapi Gardens in Cecilton, added a farmers market to his nursery on Augustine Herman Highway earlier this month where he will be selling organic produce grown on the property.
The most significant change sets up a two-tier system for reviewing development applications from owners of environmentally sensitive lands. Owners could opt for the current traditional criteria, with their quantitative and clear and objective standards, or the new discretionary development standards.
